sausages include traditional Italian pork sausages to new chicken sausage
varieties. The guys at Pat's handcraft the sausage from mixing to twisting 3-4

VARIETIES
HOT AND SWEET ITALIAN - Hot and Sweet Italian sausages were the first of the varieties available at Pat's Meat Mart
and are still the best sellers. Both are classic sausages for a sandwich roll and pasta sauce.
LITHUANIAN KIELBASA - Lithuanian is a family recipe which includes fresh ground pork, parsley, garlic, mustard seed,
salt, and black pepper. Very versatile. Serve on a roll with sauerkraut and Dijon mustard, slice up as an appetizer, or
use as a flavor enhancer to any traditional sausage dish.
CARIBBEAN BANGERS - This is a sweet and smoky sausage with ground pork, chopped onion, smoked tomato based
barbecue sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, and salt. Serve anyway you desire.
GREEK CHICKEN - This chicken sausage is loaded with chopped spinach, sun dried tomatoes, feta, garlic, black
pepper, and salt. This sausage has become one of our most popular sausages at Pat's due to its versatility and robust
flavor.
CHICKEN SICILIAN - This sausage consists of fresh ground chicken, chopped red, yellow, and green bell peppers,
Sicilian olive oil, fennel seed, garlic, salt, and a hint of crushed red pepper. This sausage is great in any pasta dish,
